Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was superb, with spacious and lovely rooms that offered fantastic views of the Matterhorn. The accommodation and facilities were excellent, although it can get a bit noisy at night due to its central location in town.
The hotel offers superb accommodation, facilities, and fare, with spotless, comfortable, and nicely sized rooms. While lacking the true Swiss chalet feel in furnishings, the overall experience is excellent, even though it can get a bit hot and noisy at night due to its central location.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms, designed in Alpine Style, were quiet and beautifully appointed. The service was top-notch, with the team accommodating us superbly and even offering an upgrade to a Suite. The central location was a big advantage, allowing easy access to the town and main attractions. The dining was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. While the facilities were well-maintained, the loud music in the dining area was a bit off-putting.
The hotel offers large, modern rooms with incredible Mountain Views; however, the ambiance lacks the true Swiss chalet feel. The service was outstanding, with a few exceptional staff members standing out. The location is great for enjoying the mountain setting but may be noisy in the mornings. The dining experience had a decent variety but could improve on some items. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
